While some of its neighbouring zones have seen dense development, La Cerquilla retains a more spacious, low-key character. Accessed via quiet, private roads, it’s a location that feels a world away from the bustle, while still being just minutes from international schools, Puerto Banús and a growing range of fine dining venues.
What sets La Cerquilla apart is the quality of its villas. This is a street-by-street showcase of modern Andalucian architecture and smartly designed contemporary builds, many of them newly renovated or custom-built with state-of-the-art features.
